- Direct Agricultural Crops Deleafing Activities: Oversee and coordinate the deleafing process to ensure optimal plant health and productivity.
- Direct Farm Feed Inventory Activities: Manage the inventory of farm feed, ensuring adequate supplies and efficient utilization.
- Direct Farm Grooming Activities: Supervise grooming tasks to maintain the farm’s cleanliness and orderliness.
- Implement Soil Fertility Programs: Develop and execute soil fertility programs to enhance crop yields and soil health.
- Level Earth to Fine Grade Specifications: Ensure that the land is leveled to precise specifications for optimal planting and irrigation.
- Maintain Quality Control and Production Records: Keep detailed records of quality control measures and production outputs to monitor and improve farm performance.
- Supervise and Oversee Growing and Other Crop-Related Operations: Manage all aspects of crop production, from planting to harvesting, to ensure high-quality yields.
- Maintain Work Records and Logs: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all farm activities and operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, hire, and train farm workers to perform their duties effectively and safely.
- Operate and Maintain Farm Machinery and Equipment: Ensure that all farm machinery and equipment are operated safely and maintained in good working condition.
