Clerk – Shipping & Receiving Job Description:

As a Clerk – Shipping & Receiving, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of logistics and inventory management within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Shipping and Receiving: Facilitating the shipping and receiving of packages, verifying contents, and maintaining detailed records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shipments, invoices, and inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting incoming shipments for quality and quantity discrepancies, promptly addressing any issues to maintain high standards.
  • Compliance: Adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures governing shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
