The Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security (ICP) in UAE has amended the application procedure for visitor or tourist visas for family units. Now families have an option to submit an application for multiple-entry tourist visas as a group in the place of submitting individual applications. Families have appreciated this attempt as it shortens the prolonged procedure and saves time.
Here, we have the brief list of the concerned documents needed for this tourist visa.
1. A colored picture of the applicant.
2. A copy of the valid passport of applicant.
3. Medical insurance.
4. A valid ticket to leave the United Arab Emirates.
5. Bank statement for the past six months with a bank balance of AED 4,700 ($4,000) or equal in other currencies of the world.
6. Proof of dwelling, which can be a hotel room or a house.
The recommended or official fee for the tourist visa is AED750 ($204) with a security deposit of AED 3,025 ($823). However, concerned families can apply for this tourist or visit visa through ICP website because there is no special quota for traveling agents in this visa category.
UAE Increases Transit Visa Fee
United Arab Emirates has just increased the cost of the 96-hour transit visa. However, before this the cost was at $40.55 (AED 148.93), but now the new cost of visa is$59.57 (AED 218.78). But, a 48-hour transit visa is free of cost.
According to VFS Global, a visa third-party company, candidates are being informed of this renew. It has issued a statement, saying
